Neuroscience-informed coaching
I use practical, science-based principles about how we think, feel, and form habits. Not clinical, not complicated, just grounded insights that help change feel more doable.
In our sessions, this looks like:
- Exploring together why certain reactions and patterns keep showing up.
- Gently building new habits in a way that is realistic for your nervous system and your life.
- Reducing overwhelm by working with your attention, energy, and boundaries.
- Strengthening confidence and emotional resilience through small, repeatable shifts.
- Noticing limiting beliefs and practicing healthier options you can actually stick with.
My goal is to help you work with your brain, not against it.
An empowering, transformative approach
I am not here to tell you what to do. I am here to help you hear yourself more clearly. Together, at your pace, we explore:
- What you really want, beneath the noise.
- What is getting in the way right now.
- What stories or assumptions might be ready to shift.
- What aligned action looks like for you, not for anyone else.
Transformation is not about becoming someone else; it is about becoming more you, with steadiness and follow-through.

ICF-aligned coaching: Professional standards and structure
I align my practice with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) framework, a globally recognized standard for ethical, skilled coaching. As an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), I have met rigorous standards of training, experience, and assessment to ensure you receive the highest quality of partnership.
For you, this means you can expect:
- A client-centered space where your goals and agency always come first.
- Clear boundaries and strong ethics (confidentiality, consent, and respect).
- Coaching that is structured, evidence-informed, and practical.
- A coach committed to my own ongoing growth and quality.
Mental Health First Aid training
I am Mental Health First Aid trained. While this does not make me a therapist, and coaching is never a substitute for mental health treatment, it does mean I am trained to recognize when someone may be struggling and respond with calm, care, and appropriate support.
In practice, that looks like:
- Holding a steady, respectful space during harder conversations.
- Paying attention to emotional safety and stress signals.
- Encouraging the right professional support if something falls beyond the scope of coaching.
- Keeping your wellbeing at the very center of how we work.

Ongoing growth and reflective practice
Coaching is a craft, and I take it seriously. I engage in Continuous Professional Development (CPD), which simply means I never stop learning or sharpening my skills. This includes mentor coaching, peer practice, and reflective learning so that I remain aware of my own patterns and biases, too.
For you, it means you are working with someone who keeps their coaching current, thoughtful, and ethically grounded.
What this means for our partnership
When we work together, you get a blend of warmth, professionalism, and practical tools. You can expect:
- A supportive space where you feel genuinely heard.
- Conversations that bring clarity, courage, and real next steps.
- Tools that help shift patterns, rather than just “pushing harder.”
- A relationship built on ethics, respect, and your unique rhythm.
What clients often notice
Everyone’s journey is different, but after a few sessions, people commonly report:
- More confidence and self-trust.
- Clearer decisions and less second-guessing.
- Stronger boundaries and better energy management.
- Less overwhelm and more steadiness.
- Habits that feel realistic, not perfect.
- A clearer sense of direction and what matters most.
If you’re ready to navigate the messy middle together, I’m ready to hold the space for you. Let’s begin where you are.
